More Watermelon!

Savanna loves coming out to Old Grandpa's Farm. She loves his cow... she is not scared of them at all, she even Moos at them. After Sunday lunch Papa cuts a watermelon for the grand kids to eat. This Sunday she happened to be the only grand kid, so she got all of the attention!

Old Grandpa watching his cow's!

Mama and sour faced baby! We start with clothes but then watermelon comes out and the clothes come off!

Big Bite!

"Yeah"

Daddy don't even think about taking my watermelon!

She is smiling at her Papa!

Now she is just playing with it instead of eating it!

Now its time to feed it to the Cows!

Doggie Day

This was a day full of Dogs!! Savanna Loves dogs so she was in heaven this Sunday!
About 3 weeks ago we went out to the farm for our typical Sunday lunch. Gary's cousin Corky and his wife Robin came out too and brought one of their dogs. Savanna got to walk the dog all around the house on the leash, of course she loved it. This dog was so good, she let Savanna take her any where. Robin takes in rescue dogs and this was one of them, and it was such a sweet dog that now has a new home. So if anyone ever looking for a cocker spaniel let me know and I can talk to Robin I am sure she knows of one that needs a home!

She looks so happy!!

lets walk again!

I just loved how she was cheesing it up!

After lunch we saw Aunt Becca, our neighbor....and her puppies too!

Savanna loves Aunt Becca's dogs, and they seem to really love her!

18 Month Birthday!!

18 months old ~ 19 lbs 8 oz (2% for age) ~ 30 in tall (10 % for age)
Healthy active little girl. She is starting to say so many words, its like as soon as she turned 18 months old she just started babbling, its so fun to see her change and learn!
Savanna had been having a rough couple of days due to some knee pain from a sprained knee(that's why she is holding the medicine spoon). So for her "18 Month Birthday" we decided to get her a big girl potty and a puzzle! On September 5th she was 1 & 1/2!

We got the potty so she could get use to it and so we could start talking about the
"Big Girl Potty"
I didn't realize she would want it as a hat...haha

Look at me mommy!

maybe the box is just as much fun!

Thanks mommy and daddy!

Look at that change in her face...it amazing what a little Motrin can do!

PJ time!

I got an elliptical a couple of years ago... and it hasn't got a lot of use, so Gary is making me get rid of it. Luckily Christi and Rick were wanting one... so we were getting it ready for them to come by and pick it up.

Savanna wanted to go outside with daddy to help him with the elliptical, and maybe try it out!
After daddy helped with that, she decided she needed to try out too!

Savanna wanted daddy to help her put her shoes... she loves shoes. I think she could play with shoes all day, I think daddy maybe in trouble.

Now its PJ time! Christi and Rick came over with miss Bella and she came in her PJ's too! Savanna calls her "Ella", its so cute!

Bella, Christi, Kristle and Savanna

Savanna hugging "Ella"
She calls her Ella instead of Bella, its cute!

PJ play time!

"See here is your mouth"

We can't wait for our next play date with the Pendergrafts!

Cheese!!!

Savanna's great grandma Cero sent her a package. She sent her a book, a dress, a pretty measuring tape for her bedroom and a monkey! Savanna loves the monkey and carried it around the entire day. She would kiss it then make us kiss the monkey. I got the camera out, i asked her to smile and say "cheese" like I always do. Expecting no smile and no "cheese" I was shocked when she tried to smile and say "eese".... I loved it!

An attempt at Gymnastics...

Savanna did so good in the tummbleville bus we thought we would try out a gymnastics class. We took her to a trial class at Bart Conner, and it didn't go so well. Kendra and Lydia met us there to try it with us. Poor Kendra is pregnant with baby #2 (a little boy to be named Gunner), and I think this class wore her out more than it did Lydia.

Savanna was another case, she was cranky and wanted to do it her way not the way the teacher wanted us to do it. She enjoyed a couple of things, but I know she would have loved it and done great if we could have let her run wild and free. Here are some pictures we got, but we will wait until she is a little older to take her back!

Kendra, Lydia, Kristle & Savanna

I think this was one of her favorite stations...

Daddy helping Savanna do a flip!

Daddy got a picture of one of her melt downs... one of many that night, I don't think Lydia knew what was wrong with her!

Maybe we will try again in a couple of months...even though daddy says years!

County Fair with Lynnie and Jeff...

Jeff and Mary Lynn watched Savanna for us this Saturday while we went to the football game (OUvs. FSU). They had a fun filled day of shopping, eating BBQ and going to the petting farm at the county fair. They said Savanna wanted to pet every animal, but that the animals were a little afraid of her!

Now I wasn't there, but it sure looks like she wanted to get in there with that pony!

I love this picture!

Look at the puzzle and dress Lynnie and Jeff got her!

Joe is keeping a close eye on her!

I would have love to have seen her with the animals, Gary and I will have to take her to the zoo this fall! Thanks Mary Lynn and Jeff for the pictures... Love them!
