Weekend Family Fun!!

We love our family time! Gary and I are both busy working parents, but we really try to make our family time fun and memorable. As Savanna has become more active we have been trying to make extra time to do more actives she enjoys outside, that is one of her favorite places to be! This past weekend we started off our family time at the splash pad... and of course or little fish loved it!

After a nice long nap, we hung out on the porch for a snack then dinner on the grill, one of our favorite things to do. She has her own little table and chair that she loves to sit at, it makes her feel like a big girl.

She is so sweet, she wanted to share her snack with her daddy... she loves to offer it, but doesn't always give it!

She thinks its funny to see how many grapes she can get in her mouth... mommy doesn't think its as funny!

spending sometime with Mommy!

She is big time cheesing for Daddy!!
She ended her evening in her red bucket... its just easier than getting everything ready to go down to the pool, and its just her size!

We spent Sunday as we do most Sundays, at Gary's grandparents farm for fried chicken dinner! Savanna loves Sundays because she gets to play with her cousins and see her grandparents (she is so in love with her papa, she just lights up when she sees him) and great grandparents... but most of all she gets some freedom to run around! This Sunday she got to drive a golf cart (with daddy's help), play in the water, eat watermelon and feed the cows!

I wasn't sure if I was going to post this or not, but I guess we aren't the only one she is watching and learning from!! All we could do was laugh as we were trying to get her to stop. By the way it is clean water we just put out for her to play in, and Kia thought it was fresh water for her!

She loved the golf cart, in this picture she was MOOing at the cows! It was so cute!
